We value your time and ours! To help us serve all clients efficiently, please review our policies: Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period for all scheduled appointments. Arriving within this window allows us to accommodate you. Arriving later than 10 minutes will be considered a missed appointment. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your total at checkout. Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 1 hour before your appointment, as well as no-shows or arriving past the grace period, will result in a 30% fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service. An invoice for this fee will be sent, and future bookings will only be accepted once it is paid. Rescheduling: We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible so we can offer your time to another client. Thank you for respecting our time and policies.
